Our History
Mission Statement: KCCHR exists to build disciples who love God, love people, and fulfill needs. Vision Statement: To impart foundational Biblical principles that foster victorious Christian living.

KCC Bible Study Ministry began August 2015 in the city of Hampton, Virginia with only 8 members meeting faithfully every Tuesday night to study, understand and be increased by the Word of God. KCC Bible Study Ministry adopted the motto of Kingdom Celebration Center in Odenton Md "Love God, Love People and Fulfill Needs." Bishop Antonio M. Palmer was sought out to be the covering Bishop over the group until God saw fit as to lead them elsewhere.

Through much prayer and guidance of the Holy Spirit, January 2016 Bishop Palmer announced the "birth" of a new church ministry in the Hampton Roads area with a launch date of April 17, 2016.
March 1, 2016, Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads became incorporated in the state of Virginia.
On April 17, 2016, the church contracted and held its first service at the Hampton Inn Conference room with Pastor Frank L. Holloman of Kingdom Celebration Center, Odenton, MD as our first speaker, preaching "First Things First!" for the morning service; followed by Bishop Antonio M. Palmer that evening for the launching and the message "This Church Will Grow!" Weekly bible study on Tuesday evenings began the following week lead by Deacon Chairman Lawrence N. Palmer.
From April 2016 to September 2016, Bishop Palmer sent anointed and powerful speakers each week to minister and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the members while in wait of The Lord to confirm who would pastor this new ministry.
Social media platforms were established, Facebook (KCC Hampton Roads) and Instagram (@KCC_HamptonRoads)
In August 2016, KCC-HR conducted its first outreach through "Back-2-School" for the children of the ministry and community.

In September 2016, the now growing congregation received official notification of which pastor/minister was selected to pastor the church. It was with great joy, love and excitement; Pastor Frank L. Holloman became the Senior Pastor of Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads.
Senior Pastor Holloman and Lady Stephanie Holloman were installed November 4, 2016. Bishop Courtney McBath was the guest speaker.
December 2016, we held our first Christmas Eve program "Come See a Man Named Jesus!" followed by New Years Eve fellowship with Calvary Revival-Peninsula Pastor Ray Johnson.
In February 2017, Senior Pastor Holloman traveled to Kitui, Africa on the 2017 KACI (Kingdom Alliance of Churches International) Missions representing KCC-HR.
With our H. O. T. (honesty, open and transparent) Pastor Frank L. and Lady Stephanie Holloman, Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads church ministry increased by two infant dedications and multiple rededications, praise and worship team and musicians.
The first Sunday in March, KCC Hampton Roads moved to The Alpha Center on Andrews Boulevard in hopes to impact the growing community through love and outreach.
As of April 17, 2017, KCC-Hampton Roads officially have 38 members on the roles and continue praying that the truth of God's Word manifest in the community through His people.
In May, Pastor Frank and Stephanie Holloman opened their home to host a Memorial Weekend Cookout which was a huge success. KCCHR began working towards becoming a non-profit organization this month.

“Our History Continues”
Coupled with the launching of Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads in 2016, the church has truly been blessed with the ability to accomplish so much with so few in a short time, But God! Below you will find just a few significant activities that we know impacted the Kingdom of God:
April 2017 - Minister in Training (MIT) E. Roventa Smith assisted and participated in our neighboring church’s (Mountain Moving Ministries, Inc - Apostle G. Thompson) annual “7 Last Sayings of Jesus” Good Friday service.
June - Began participating and assisting the local town home community (Avalon Town homes) with their youth and neighborhood watch activity, including youth cookout held at the complex.
Summer of 2017, like our already established quarterly “chat with the pastors;” our teens, young adults (ages 18-31) and Pastors started meeting on a quarterly basis also to discuss the needs of the young people of today called “Millennial Moments.”
August - Pastor and Lady Holloman opened their home to host our church’s picnic. Because of their love, warmth and care they showed every member, it was declared that we would have our annual “Church” picnic.
September - Hosted community-based “Back to School” cookout event with the assistance of Mountain Moving Ministries, Inc and Avalon Town homes providing various back to school supplies, including filled book bags, etc.

God placed a new saying for this church in the spirit of Senior Pastor Holloman, Who We Are: Christ-Centered, Holy Spirit-Led, Scripture-Guided, Community-Based, Pentecostal Church. What We Do: Love God, Love People, Fulfill Needs.
Before scripture is read, the members of KCCHR recite “The Promise” – Every Havtacha (hav-ta-cha) in this Book is mine. Every chapter, every verse and every line. All the blessings of His love divine. Every Epaggelia (ep-an-ge-le’-a) in this Book is mine. (Plugged in with the Hebrew and Greek word for promise)

We here at Kingdom Celebration Center-Hampton Roads still strive to fulfil our mission statement and motto. As it is Gods will, our prayers and desires, to fill the prophecy that was spoken and proclaimed… “THIS CHURCH WILL GROW!”
